Terms of Service

TDSPRO provides a single API endpoint and dashboard that route your requests to third-party model providers, with features such as smart routing, automatic fallback, caching, budgets, and usage analytics. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis and may evolve over time.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the security of your account and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under them. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy (/acceptable-use). You may not resell, sublicense, or share keys, evade rate limits, scrape the Service, train competing models on outputs, infringe rights, generate prohibited content, or abuse the underlying providers.

Your purchase and use of the Service are also governed by our Public Offer (/offer) — a binding service agreement accepted by payment or use. In the event of any conflict on commercial terms (price, payment, refunds in credits, liability cap), the Public Offer prevails.

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payment is currently accepted in cryptocurrency only. Access or credits are granted after we confirm your payment on-chain. You are responsible for sending the correct amount on the correct network; transactions are generally irreversible and there are no chargebacks.

Subscriptions grant access for their stated period and do not roll over unless stated. Prepaid token credits and request packs do not expire. Quotas, rate limits, and fair-use thresholds described on the pricing page apply.

We never silently substitute a cheaper or different model. Each response carries the real model name. Where we reduce cost through caching of identical requests, the cached result is the genuine output of the model you requested.

Outputs are generated by independent third-party AI providers. Their availability, behavior, and content policies are outside our control, and your use may also be subject to their terms.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, modify, or discontinue features, models, or providers at any time.

We retain all rights to the Service software and brand. Subject to these Terms, you own your inputs and, to the extent permitted by the providers, the outputs you generate.

The Service and all outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you are responsible for reviewing and how you use them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDSPRO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
