Refund Policy

Payments are made on-chain in cryptocurrency and are generally irreversible — there are no chargebacks. Plans and credits provide near-immediate access to a digital service, so purchases are, as a rule, final.

Where a refund is approved, it is issued as Service Credits to your account on the unused balance — not back in cryptocurrency. Credits do not expire and can be applied to future usage.

If the Service is unavailable or materially fails on our side and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may request a credit and, at our discretion in genuine service-failure cases, a cryptocurrency refund for the affected, unused portion of your purchase.

Tokens or requests already consumed; charges caused by sending the wrong amount or using the wrong network; issues caused by your misuse, third-party provider outages outside our control, or violations of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

Prepaid token credits and request packs do not expire. Where a refund is approved, any refund is calculated on the unused balance.

Approved refunds are credited to your TDSPRO account. Where a cryptocurrency refund is exceptionally agreed for a service failure, it is sent to a wallet you control, net of any network fees, and we may ask you to verify the original transaction.

Fraudulent claims, abuse of the refund process, or violations of our Terms may result in denial of refunds and suspension of access.
