Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information TDSPRO collects, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to the TDSPRO gateway, dashboard, and website, and forms part of our Public Offer (/offer) and Terms of Service.
1. Information we collect
Account data (such as email and authentication details), billing data (cryptocurrency transaction identifiers you provide), and technical usage data (request metadata, timestamps, model used, token counts, IP address, and logs needed to operate the Service).
2. Request content
To route your request, prompt and response content is transmitted to the selected third-party provider. We process it to deliver the Service, enforce limits, and — where caching is enabled — to store and return identical results. We do not sell your content.
3. How we use information
To provide and secure the Service, route requests, apply budgets and rate limits, prevent abuse and fraud, provide support, comply with law, and improve reliability and performance.
4. Caching
When caching is enabled, identical requests may return a stored response to save tokens and time. Cached entries are kept for a limited, configurable retention period and can be evicted.
5. Sub-processors
We rely on infrastructure sub-processors (hosting, storage) and on independent third-party model providers to deliver the Service. Request content is passed to the selected third-party model provider solely to fulfil your request; their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies. We do not name specific providers here, but will identify the categories on request.
6. Logging
To operate, secure, and bill the Service we log request metadata — timestamps, the model used, token counts, IP address, and status. We do not use your prompt and response content to train our own models or sell it. Content may be transiently processed and, where caching is enabled, stored for a limited retention period to return identical results.
7. Data retention
We keep account and billing records as needed for the relationship and legal obligations, and operational logs for a limited period. You may request deletion of your account data subject to legal retention requirements.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive data, role-based access control, and scoped API keys. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
10. International transfers
Because providers operate globally, your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on appropriate safeguards where required.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy; the "last updated" date will change. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
