Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out activities that are not allowed on TDSPRO. It supplements our Terms of Service and Public Offer. Violating this AUP may lead to immediate suspension or termination without refund.
1. No illegal activity
Do not use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation, or to facilitate illegal activity.
2. No harm or abuse
Do not generate or distribute content that sexually exploits or endangers minors (CSAM), promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm, harasses or threatens others, or facilitates serious physical or psychological harm.
3. No malware or security attacks
Do not create, improve, or distribute malware, ransomware, exploits, or attack tooling; and do not conduct unauthorized intrusion, phishing, credential theft, or denial-of-service.
4. No deepfakes or deception
Do not generate non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive deepfakes, voice clones, forged documents, scams, fraud, or impersonation, or use outputs for large-scale disinformation or to mislead people about AI-generated content where disclosure is required.
5. No infringement
Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, and do not submit others’ personal or confidential data without a lawful basis.
6. No key reselling or sublicensing
Do not resell, rent, sublicense, white-label, or otherwise provide your API key or access to the Service to third parties as if it were your own. Each account and key is for the account holder only.
7. No key sharing
Do not share a single key across unrelated users, teams, or products, or rotate keys to circumvent device, seat, or sharing limits. Keys detected as shared may be throttled or revoked.
8. No rate-limit or budget evasion
Do not split traffic across multiple free accounts, rotate keys, spoof devices or IPs, or otherwise work around rate limits, quotas, budgets, fair-use thresholds, or bans.
9. No scraping or unauthorized automation
Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk-harvest the Service, its dashboard, model catalog, or responses outside the documented API, and do not probe, load-test, or reverse-engineer the gateway or its providers.
10. No training competing models
Do not use outputs obtained through the Service to train, fine-tune, or build AI models or services that compete with the Service or its underlying providers, where such use is prohibited by the provider.
11. No spam or platform abuse
Do not use the Service for bulk unsolicited messaging, spam generation, or other abuse of the platform or its infrastructure.
12. Respect provider rules
Underlying third-party providers have their own usage policies. Usage that breaks a provider’s rules may be blocked even if not listed here.
13. Enforcement
We may monitor for, investigate, and act on suspected violations, including throttling, suspending, or revoking access and keys, and cooperating with lawful requests. We may update this AUP as risks evolve.
